Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or the Services.
1. Use of the Website
1.1 Eligibility. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full power and authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Products; Orders; Payments
2.1 Products. We sell a variety of poultry, pigeon, game-bird, game-fowl supplies, including but not limited to vaccines, antigen, brooders, feeders, incubators, accessories, and related items.
2.2 Order Acceptance. Placing an order via the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason (e.g., product out of stock, errors in pricing or product description, inability to verify payment, etc.).
2.3 Payment. Payment must be received in full before we ship your order (or otherwise provide the product). All charges are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Shipping. We ship products in accordance with the shipping policies displayed on the Website, including flat-rate shipping for vaccines and antigen. For example, we ship at flat rate $59.95 for UPS Next Day or 2nd Day (depending on zip code) for vaccines and antigen. Twin City Poultry Supplies Shipping timelines may vary based on geographic location, product type (e.g., vaccines), and other factors.
2.5 Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction (e.g., sales tax, duties, customs) unless otherwise indicated.
3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
3.1 Returns & Exchanges. Return and refund policies for our products are described on our Website under the “Shipping & Returns” section. You must comply with those return procedures for eligibility.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items. Some items may be marked as non-returnable (for example electronic parts, vaccines once shipped, or other specialized items). Please check the product description for any such restriction.
3.3 Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. If an order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may instead initiate a return pursuant to our returns policy.
4. Use of Vaccines/Antigen & Regulatory Disclaimers
4.1 Specialized Products. Some of our products (such as vaccines and antigen) may be subject to additional regulatory, shipping or usage restrictions. We ship vaccines only on specific days (e.g., Wednesday) and cannot guarantee the viability of vaccines once they leave our warehouse.
4.2 Regulatory Compliance. You are responsible for ensuring any uses of such products comply with all local, state, federal laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction, including but not limited to licensing, veterinary oversight, animal health regulations, and transport requirements.
4.3 No Warranty of Medical/Animal Health Outcome. Products related to animal health are provided for informational and supply purposes only. We do not warrant that these products will prevent disease or guarantee any specific outcome for the health of your animals.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Website Content. All content of the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, product listings, software, design) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
